30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at SUPPORT@modevashop.com. Returns must be approved before being sent back.
Once your return request is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away at SUPPORT@modevashop.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
If the product is confirmed to be defective or faulty, we will process a full refund, including any applicable shipping fees.
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order for the desired product.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn or unused, with tags, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Refunds are allowed for eligible returns.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
